Hello Phoenixjutom,
Welcome to Wholesale Forum,
A Tax ID or Sale Certificate is generally required for US dropshippers who only deal with US based resellers. Wholesale Deals features dropshippers from all around the world, most of whom deal with international resellers. Stricter dropshippers will also deal with you if you can demonstrate that you are serious about your business development and that you have a clear measurable plan of action to succeed.
Wholesale Deals in itself is one of the best supplier sources you can use. It also offers unlimited research reports to premium members, for example in case you need more dropship sources for a specific niche or location.
