Chinabuye.com Drop Ship Company Review - ChinBuye Limited Drop Shippin legit or scam?

Anyone do any business with Chinabuye.com? Ive been considering drop shipping through them, but theyve gotten some horrendous reviews. They dont claim to sell any branded goods, but I also know that doesnt necessarily exonerate them. Any input?

Oh man, Chinabuye.com! Yeah, they get pretty skewered on a regular basis. They pay for forum posters to pan other wholesale sites while singing the praises of Chinabuye at the same time. Their WhoIs report is pretty sketchy, too, using an anonymizing services and the like for the registration, but it’s not so much that Chinabuye is a scammer, it’s just that they aren’t very good at doing legitimate business.

They are most likely possessed of nothing more than an export license and easy access to an electronics market. That’s part of the hit or miss nature of most of these Chinese everything under the sun vendor sites. They collect orders today, hit the markets either this evening or tomorrow, and send out the orders after that. Some of the quality they find is excellent, but most of the stuff is sub-par, knock-off rubbish. This is part of the reason for lengthy delivery times, as well. Some firms buy up parts and assemble the products.

The Web of Trust report for Chinabuye.com distrusts the site’s claims, and the reliability of the represented vendor, but scores “Good” for Privacy. That means that Chinabuye really isn’t a spam or scammer site (they leave that up to their forum trollers), they just aren’t a reliable or especially competent vendor.

I’ve actually had a few good experiences with Chinabuye. Mostly, Wii accessories. I got a WiiRemote charger, nunchuck, and WiiRemote. The charger is pretty obviously a cobbled-together affair, and the remote has an odd little buzz from an over loud vibration motor, but they work well enough for the price tag. The nunchuck has yet to show any issues. Delivery took a bit-- about a month-- but I didn’t expect a miracle there, either. Just understand what you’re getting yourself into, and you should do fine.

I can speak to Chinabuye.com’s customer service. It’s pretty sparse and elusive. It’s a hassle to get a response from them, and play loose with their own Terms of Service or strict, depending on what benefits them. They’re really just not very good, more than intentionally out to scam folks. The old warning still applies-- caveat emptor.

When I contacted them about a particularly slow delivery, after I finally got an answer from them, they said they tested all their items before sending them. The tablet PC functioned, strictly speaking, but it was pretty buggy and slow. Didn’t really bother complaining after that, and the prices should be a pretty good indication of the kind of goods and service you’re purchasing.

The testing is pretty much necessary. Chinabuye gets their goods from the market, and either ships them whole or assembles from purchased parts, so they have to make sure they at least power on. That’s possibly the only thing it’ll do, based on some of the reviews I’ve read. Like you said, buyer beware.

I have done orders for some E-liquid and other e-cig accessories... handling and shipping has been smooth, but when virginia and herb liquid arrived it was not the correct product! Virginia was pure menthol taste and herb was vanilla taste (even the label on the bottle was vanilla).

Have been in touch with coustumer service and they inform me it is correct: virgina is menthol and herb is vanilla....

Conclusion is they do have incorrect info on the website about, at least, these products... Beware!!! I will never ever buy from them again, because I have no idea what they might send me!
