This is an old post but worth responding to for future customers. I have received iffy items and items of very poor quality. If you complain, they tell you it is fine and that they won't take it back. If you don't stop complaining immediately, they block you. I recently received a figurine with no sticker of authenticity, chipped off paint, and a taped shut box. They feel it is acceptable for sale and no big deal. I also received a towel with a stain on it that they felt was within acceptable parameters. I'm done with them and I don't recommend them to anyone.
