The fishing tackle industry is pretty fragmented and low margin. Have you tried looking around locally with fisherman's warehouses? Often the big companies will only supply to one shop in a town. It is going to be hard with eBay selling the same lower end fishing tackles and minimum orders being applied for larger suppliers to do business with you for high end tackles.

You can find a large list of fishing related suppliers at the following links:
UK Fishing Suppliers
International Fishing Suppliers
Search for subsets of fishing (like tackle etc) to find more fishing related suppliers.
You could also try dropshipping. The market is disorganized and there is room to profit. You must take into account that tackle is relatively cheap and does use a lot of storage space. Not many people have gotten into dropshipping for fishing supplies. I would give it a shot. Use your own website or advertise in fishing magazines to increase profit while keeping costs down.

This may help Trade market & product distribution - Dymocks Direct Distribution. They are located in the UK. Here is a description from the home page ... seems to fit your situation.
“Dymocks Direct is a new trading company formed in 2009 as a sister company to other business ventures operated by our directors over the last 10 years.
We recognized a niche in the market for quality fishing tackle for retailers who want to sell branded fishing tackle but who are not taken seriously by major tackle manufacturers as they have the “wrong” sort of outlet, are too small or are simply based in a part of the world where major manufacturers do not concentrate their efforts.
We also recognized that where these outlets did have access to quality tackle brands, they were ultimately much more expensive than wholesale trade price making it difficult to sell these products and be competitive on price.”
