      How to face the customer's bargain?

      I have a shop online and offer garments to worldwide.Now, i feel very tired, as there are so many things to do and have to deal different problems for customers.Especially customers bargain.

      The buyers finds all kinds of excuses to cut price,that we can not accept. but if one mouthful rebuffed, we will lose a long-term customer.

      What should i do? How to face the customer's bargain? do you have any good ideas?

      Focus on unique items rather than on items that lots of other sellers are selling. Be creative, come up with your own product concept, evaluate production costs including molding, test buyers response, get the product manufactured and ship it out.

      If you do what thousands of other sellers are doing, you will always have to compete on price. Instead, find ways to be unique and you can demand a premium, as well as live an easier life.

      Another way is to make a stance, and simply refuse to compete on price. You will lose some sales, but you are likely to gain reputation. The extra profit you will make per sale means you will be willing to do that little bit extra work per order, which generally translates into better quality products (better inspection), better customer service, higher buyer satisfaction. Which in turn means more repeat customers and less time and money invested in finding new ones.

      A third approach is to find out which products in your buyer's country are subsidized. Just to give you an example, these days solar panels are subsidized in many countries. If you research which subsidies your target buyers can benefit from, and your buyers aren't aware of these subsidies, they will see you as a partner and will be unlikely to request for a discount. You need to be creative in your research, for example subsidies on syringes may not be available for hospitals, but may be subsidized for elderly care homes. And so on.

      Be creative and you will find your competitive advantage.
