      It has so far been a very interesting journey, the suppliers who have sent me quotes have all been positive. Has helped me shoot down the initial hiccups with amazing ease. Certainly the best decision I have made since starting up.

      Very Good. I've found sources of stock that I have been searching for a while, would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to start an online selling business.

      It's extremely rare but yes it has happened. A suspension is never abrupt, we will always approach the account holder to highlight the issue beforehand. An account is suspended only after the repeat occurrence of one of the following two events:

      We do occasionally delay the approval of a new advertiser. Our verification process is effective because it's unique, and some may feel it's unorthodox. There are times when we have had to delay approving a new advertiser for reasons we cannot disclose publicly. In all cases, we extend advertising to account for any delays. This has lead to some pending advertisers voicing their fears publicly, but then understood the reason for the delay. Unfortunately we cannot share details of our verification process, doing so would affect its effectiveness.

      We guarantee to offer the largest resource of verified trade suppliers and dropshippers anywhere on the web. This achievement has come at a cost, including having to put up with inaccurate and made up information about our service. When something becomes popular and useful, there will always be unscrupulous people who will try to undermine it.

      Yes very clear, thanks for your reply. I have one more question. Those drop ship scams you have exposed over the years - the ones posting fake reviews about esources - why don’t you take them to court and shut them down for good? Haven’t they caused enough harm to start-ups and to yourselves?

      Great question! They have purposely hosted their fake blogs in the US, where hosting companies are much more liberal and will only remove content following a court order.

      It is not worth pursuing scam dropship companies through the courts for many reasons, including the fact they will resurface once closed down. Also their market value is so low that it doesn't justify pursuing them through the courts.

      One more consideration we make is that fake reviews act as a filter to keep out sellers who aren't ready to join eSources. We do expect members to follow an implied code of conduct, which is familiar to traders who have been trading for some time. Eventually new sellers realise the truth, one way or the other, and are naturally lead back to eSources for choice and reliability. We have been in this business since 2004, and fortunately we can put up with those fake reviews. Our members recommend our service to each other, and that helps keep a balance.

      Always remember that dropship middlemen do not have your best interests at heart. They are interested in misinforming you, because the truth goes against their interests. Because eSources exposed them and because our service features over 100,000 verified and real sources - ie their competitors, and in many cases their actual suppliers and dropshippers - they are now trying anything to keep sellers misinformed...

      I am absolutely impressed with your services and support. It is a rarity in online business today and I truly appreciate the trouble you are taking for small and medium retailers. It is so very easy to find suppliers and resources on your website. I will definitely recommend you.

      Having used it for about a month, I am now convinced esources is the best directory available for online retailers. The portal is extremely user friendly. Business has certainly improved and I have even added a couple of new products to my inventory. It’s truly fabulous.
