Assuming you are trying to sell at a profit on eBay, Amazon or online, here are some tips.

Consoles and iPods: If you have a low budget, you will experience little or no success buying from authorized UK distributors. Here are some considerations:

      1. Buy refurbished: you can obtain these from the US, UK, Hong Kong, Germany and even China, but for the latter watch out for fakes.

      2. Buy liquidation: this option will require a fair bit of capital to obtain the right price

      3. Buy from Singapore or Dubai: there are a lot of opportunities from these two locations, however there are equally as many (if not more) scammers operating from those regions. Also make sure you account for import duties and VAT when calculating your cost.

You can find lots of sources that meet the above criteria at eSources

      For Games:

This is a tough one, our best recommendation is:

      1. Watch out for arbitrage opportunities from countries selling games at cheaper prices than in your country (eg Amazon US vs Amazon UK).

      2. Sell second hand games instead of new ones. Plenty of opportunities on eBay or game exchange websites (game swap - Google Search).

Make sure you are aware of any regional restrictions for games.

Then you obviously do not want to sell Electronics that bad, because an attitude like that won't get you far.

When I first started out, I was running around like a headless chicken to get where I am today.

He has given you options you could go with, I wish I had this help when I first started, but without being to blunt,

These kind of Consumer Electronic's are not exactly a niche product are they? The criteria is flooded with only an odd to be made,

Your best bet if you take Electronics, is to source out a Manufacturer and becaome a Distributer in the UK for a particular category in Games or Electronic's,

But this will not be cheap!

If you ant a quick seller, go for remote control helicopter's, Christmas is coming
