Chocolate Packaging Wholesale UK - Suppliers of Gift Box cartons

My sweets shop just started taking outside orders where we have to send chocolates to different parts of the country. However, we need a better option for our packaging. Are there gift box carton suppliers in the UK?

Packaging for sweets, especially chocolates, is a niche market and some businesses have taken advantage of it. For example, there is a manufacturer called Meridian Specialty Packaging, whose packages would be perfect for sending chocolates in. These packages come in a variety of different sizes and colors.

You can get ballotins, cartons, base and lid boxes, as well as bags, to send your chocolates in. Check out the stock catalogue. The best approach would be to talk to Meridian, letting the supplier know what your specific needs are for your sweets shop. They will help you find the packaging that is going to work best for you.

You can call Meridian at 01684 578441 or submit an Enquiry Form.

There are a lot of food packagers that would work for transporting chocolates, so don’t rule them out.

Indeed, you are right that a lot of food packaging suppliers would also be appropriate to package chocolates in. Rye-Pac Packaging Supplies is one such company. It offers a variety of different sized containers made out of different materials. As a new user, you will have to register with Rye-Pac in order to use its website.

Once you are registered, you can choose the product you want and order directly online. Again, if you cannot decide what type of packaging will work best for your shop, contact Rye-Pac by calling or sending them an e-mail.

When I first started my sweets shop, I used a wholesale directory to find candy suppliers and I was wondering if I could do the same thing to find packaging suppliers. I forget what the directory I used was called, though.

A wholesale directory is a great way to find a supplier. As a member of esources, which is one such directory, I did find a supplier and Im sure Youll also find one. Although this supplier offers chocolates, it also sells fancy packaging for chocolates wholesale.

You can sign up with esources yourself to get the contact information of this particular supplier. The registration process is easy and it is well worth having the membership. As you were saying, you will use a wholesale directory over and over again.
