Do you need a professional web design?
Whatever the size of your business, as a small business owner, it’s nearly impossible to ignore the importance of a strong internet presence. The idea is to bring in visitors and keep them engaged and this is when your aesthetically pleasing web design actually matters. However, the depths of a professional web design are known only to those in the know. The important thing is, with a professional design you can pump up your business by 30% more sales and leads when compared to an average design. However, since the website is constructed from numerous dynamic elements, it is mandatory to understand and realize the impact of your design to expand your business. Let’s see how a professional design can help your business out.
Balance/Color: Nowadays, websites are seen as a walking and talking sales person that establishes your brand identity on the net. The colors you use and especially the shades and patterns you have on your site will create a memorable first impression of your product or service to the viewer. Even though you can bring in visitors to your site, the boring colors, bad symmetry, and other factors can cancel out all the work you put into optimizing your website to target the audience you’re trying to bring in.
Brands/Logos: Keep in mind that logos help the visitor remember who you are, and it influences the impact of your brand. However, the way you present your brand is an art within itself as you cannot put your logo just anywhere. It is only the professional designer who has the eyes to scan through user preferences to help you in determining which style fits your business.
Action Buttons: Now that you have everything running, once the visitor sees your site you want them to take action. After the visitor logs out of your site without taking any action you lose a prospect. The point is to make the visitor come to the site, point them to an area that attracts their attention and this is the perfect time for a banner or button to appear. Professional web designers know exactly where to place action buttons or your contact information so you don’t miss out on any opportunities.
A perfect web design is all about flow so that a site not only looks attractive but also serves the purpose of the business. A professional web design makes your site easily accessible with clear headers/titles, user friendly interfaces to aid you in building business online with a strong presence.Over 150,000 Verified Sources + Deals 95% Off MSRP + Free Website!

It will cost you more to hire a professional web designer, but they tend to go that extra mile. They know what it takes to design a website properly and get your website on first page.

Designing website is analogous to decorating your physical shop ... the more appealing your store/portal is, more curious shoppers / casual browsers take a look at your offerings ... now touch n feel is absent in online display ...so the pictures need to be of real good quality and resolution along with as clear as possible along with 360 view ... your main target is to pull the traffic inside your store , make him like the ambiance and ultimately convert him to a buyer ... and hence you need to be very particular on color combos, designs and the trendy view while designing keeping in mind the end conversion ...cheers

it always makes a good impression - but it all depends on who and how you use. some custom built designs are great while others are poor and the same can be said for templates where you insert your own data

18 Sep 2012 10:00 PM #10I agree with your points, I always choose those sellers whose online shop page attracts me. I think I can trust them if there is a professional design shopping page. If I have my own homepage, I'll do my best to make it become the most memorable webpage to attract more people to know me.
