Starting Up a Baby & Maternity Clothing Business - Need Info on Overseas VAT & UTR Numbers
My name is Olha, I'm looking to start a new business, selling baby and maternity clothes from Netherlands, Sweden and France.
Is anyone have some experience? Netherlands and Sweden suppliers are strictly asking me for VAT number to register with them, I've explained them that system in the UK is a bit different from Europe, for which France companies are happy to accept the UTR number, but the two other countries said, I should have a VAT number.
Please help and advise what best to do and I'm really sorry if any one already pick up this topic.
