      Being successful dropshipping on eBay - Need tips to make my business more profitable

      After meeting a mother who sells hand-me-down baby items on eBay, I got the idea to start my own drop shipping business via eBay. Has anyone done this and can offer me good tips about doing this successfully?

      On the contrary, I would recommend starting out small. You need time to see which products sell the best. It will be expensive to do this with many products because you may not sell a large percentage of them and end up with a loss in profits. Start with a few products and build your merchandise list as you see more profits come in.

      Hopefully, you will not be selling products that have any deficiencies. However, if you are selling items that are missing pieces or parts or have defects, you definitely want to be honest with your customers about them. Contrary to popular belief, your customers will find you a trustworthy seller for doing this.

      Otherwise, be as descriptive and detailed as you can about your products good points. Mention color, size, uses, origin and popularity. Besides the word count, this is the only way your customers can familiarize themselves with your product.

      Drop Shipping Ebay

      Hi guys, this is my first post. Am really interested in the world of e-commerce business and am currently a powerseller on ebay,

      I am fascinated by 'drop shipping' and its potential to work.

      I am just a little curious about selling low quantity or small items.

      How would it work for example if you wished to send just 1 baby product to a buyer. I thought that wholesalers would have a minimum order of say 100. I am guessing that the seller makes some kind of agreement with the wholesaler.

      I suppose essentially I am asking how you could sell smaller items and get a competitive wholesale price. It would be easy for example to get some 'sun lotion' for 50p a bottle if you were ordering 1000 but, 1?

      Or would it tend to work better with higher value items?

      Would be grateful for any pointers or advice,
