Shenzhen Winterhyme Electronic Co., Ltd is this a scammer?

Please I need your advise. Is this a legit company? It seems they sell electronics at prices too good to be true. I think I am one of their victims. Because I already send money to them. Please help me, what to do now?

Find out whether they have sent the goods for starters.

Next arrange to have an inspection team sent over or at least mention that you are planning on sending someone over there to inspect the goods before shipment. Did you send much money? If its considerable and you receive no reply I would contact a lawyer in china (they are cheaper than you think) and at least send the factory correspondence from their letterhead.

Other things to do to ensure you are not scammed:
      1. Call the factory before sending them any money (email only is never enough these days)
      2. Get the factory address and check via google maps
      3. Arrange an inspection team to be sent before sending money for a factory audit
      4. Ask whether they are a trading company
      5. If the price is too good to be true (it probably is) so there may be some confusion on the raw materials involved or the costs involved (their end) so just double check with them and be specific as to what you require of them.
      6. Sample test 2 products before selecting the factory- test for durability and quality.
      7. Never pay via western union (it's one of the worst ways to pay Chinese factories)

There's many other ways to ensure the factory is reputable however this is a good starting point.

I hope this helps and the factory does come through.

I am reporting this because I don't really know what to do now.
I am Sunshine Grace Pleņos, residing in Lapu-lapu City Cebu.
I was searching in the internet about laptops and I found this site offering laptops.
So I contacted their connects I follow all the instructions.
And we are communicating through Skype and yahoo messenger.
And I confirmed my order as 3 Toshiba Satellite Laptops and 1 apple mac book air.
And I paid $345 for all the items through their "manager" Mr. You Fang Yang.
And now they want me to pay for taxes and charges and logos for it. I needed to pay $110 for it.
I Which I refused to pay, and they say that the Hong Kong customs will sell the laptops if I can't

I sent nearly $660 to them via bank transfer, and nearly 2 weeks later no response. It looks like Winterhyme is a scamming vendor in China.
