      I have had dealings with Easy IMEX and at times they can be frustrating but at the end of the day you need to be able to talk with Adam to fix any problems you may have and he will endeavour to assist you and solve these problems

      Wasted money and time with Easy Imex

      I too have wasted an annual membership fee and lots of time dealing with these people, and never even got a single shipment for my time. I was given an account manager that didn't answer emails for 10 days at a stretch and clearly could not understand English properly, or the concepts I was putting forth. I do my own sourcing because my product requirements are complicated so most of the work was done for them, but they could not come through. Some of it was my own fault as I came to be very reluctant as we got into the project because I knew I was dealing with incompetent agents.

      Fortunately I found another very reliable, personalised sourcing/inspection agent, but unfortunately for them they have a very similar name. Their name is Imex Sourcing - these are the good guys so don't get them confused. They have a completely transparent fee structure which they will email you as a pdf from memory, your account manager (if they are like mine) communicates quickly and with perfect English, and they will get the job done. They have also done extra bits and pieces for me without charge.
      I can't speak highly enough of these guys.

      would like to find this forum before I got the problem, not after...

      My first and terrible experience with Easy Imex:

      Aug, 2012 - paid $300 12 mths membership fee
      Dec, 2012 - received an invoice in two parts (goods/commercial inspection/China custom/... + delivery/AU custom/etc)
      Dec, 2012 - transferred the money for the first part
      Jan, 2013 - My manager does not work anymore. They have appointed a new one. Old invoice is not correct, I need to pay more
      10-Jan, 2013 - I asked for a refund, as I wasn't happy with the increase in the cost

      ..... long negotiations, sometimes they did not respond to my letters for a week or more, the gradual decrease in price, finally they promised to deliver the goods at the original price.

      I insist on the refund because I do not trust them anymore. I'm afraid that they will raise the price of delivery (the second part of invoice) . I'll have to pay this amount to get the goods from their warehouse in Australia. As the process dragged on for so long I'm not sure that the goods are still in need.

      22-Mar, 2013 - New message from Easy Imex: they bought the document for commercial inspection for $800. Why???? I demand a refund within 3 months

      This is my first experience in wholesale trade. I will be very grateful to the advice of what to do next.

      Don't even think about Easy Imex, I just send Adam an email with very bad feedback. Waste of money and more importantly waste of time,

      Do not use Easy Imex

      I joined last year. They were very happy to talk to me and help until I joined and paid my membership fee, then there were no replies to my emails.

      I became very uneasy with them and as my trip to China got closer I decided to go with another agent. That was the best decision I made. Easy Imex are only interested in getting you to join and paying a membership fee. They have a flash website but that is all, there service is terrible and they are not honest. DO NOT USE THEM.

      There are a lot of good and honest agents around and you do not need to pay for membership, that is a total con. You read on the internet to be careful of the overseas agents as you could get ripped off but this one is in our own backyard.
