I have ok sales with outdoor summer games, you know the stuff like ultimate frisbees, footballs, volleyball sets, but generally aim for those games that very few know about (giant soccer balls, relay games, family activity games, etc.)

Anything related to the outdoors and the sun: sun creams, straw hats, sunglasses, slippers, shorts, skirts, jewelry.

Also outdoor products for kids and teenagers. Once the summer break starts, all children look for ways to fill their newfound spare time: skateboards, rollerblades, any new toy with wheels, radio controlled toys, flying toys, etc.

Also goods for the traveller: luggage, travel guides, sea/beach related products, surfing equipment etc.

Re:What are the most profitable goods in the summertime?

I think shorts, purses and handbags can be most profitable in summer and you should provide facility to buy purses and handbags wholesale so that more people can be attracted to your business.

      Hi,
If you are able to sell any product, I suggest you to sell Solar Products in summer. Definitely it gives you more profit as there would be more sunlight and heat from which you can consume power and cook as well. So market these products and get more profits. All the best.

An item which worked well for me this summer was remote control boats. People wanted to buy it to use it in rivers, lakes, but I live in UK so maybe it is different in the US.
      See you,
      Christophe

Those are a pretty good idea. Something that no one would think of buying in the first place, but pretty awesome once you see it and not easy to find in your local store.
