The fifth season of the year

If you're a wholesaler, maybe you should start thinking about backpacks and other school supplies. Parents are always on the lookout for good deals here because it can be a major expense.

Those product lines sell well from mid August onwards, when the new school season starts. Of course you are right, it takes time to design new products and have them manufactured, a degree of pre-planning is required.

Good thinking adamm. People with larger families especially, this can be a major expense. You might want to check into websites catering to home schoolers also.

The homeschooling market is getting larger every year. Retail outlets that specialize in teaching supplies are who you want to start contacting. Offer them a better deal than their current supplier, and you won't be sorry.

I am sure the market for this is growing quicker than most could count. I can think of at least 4 families within our close net here that home school. My shop is for some print/copy work to be done so we sometimes get those parents coming in that need 40+ copies. Before their "school year" starts we get a ton of business.

Sounds like this is something that a small operation could make just as much profit on as a wholesale shipper. And that's the sign of a good market.
