There are actually a lot of unbranded sunglass wholesalers (especially in the US) that sell unbranded sunglasses with UV protection. I think you should just look for a reputable company that has been around for a while.
Our sunglasses brand, Euro-Eyewear, all come with UV protection. Check out what we have to offer: Buy Sunglasses Bulk from $6 per dozen for sunglasses at Kachina LLC Wholesale Sunglasses

In my opinion it is just a waste of your money and time if you are planning to market unbranded sunglasses that you are not sure if it really have UV protection because as stated in one of the post we can't really know if a sunglasses has UV protection in it and the only way to know is to bring it to a optical store and have them check it.
Leaving you wasting your time and spending additional money just to have them check.
Just my opinion

When you say unbranded, I believe you are looking for cheaper priced sunglasses. Even lower end sunglasses can have UV protection it is a coating applied to the lenses when they are manufactured. The cost to add the UV protection is very little and it would be crazy for any supplier of sunglasses to not apply this. This being said some suppliers try to cut cost and it is possible to get sunglasses without UV protection.
All of our sunglasses at CTS Wholesale LLC. have UV protection, even if they are branded or not. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me.
