Suppliers' number one reason for not accepting PayPal is cost. Number two is inconvenience- reconciliation (fees netted every sale) is a pain and money has to be manually transferred to the bank which takes 3-5 days.

      Paypal alternative

I wouldn't recommend you to use Paypal services.

I really had a very bad experience with Paypal while transferring money in my bank account. My money was struck up with them for 25 days, when I approached them the answer was “you haven’t submitted the documents” I just don’t know how they cleared my previous transactions. The fact is they lost my database, which I came to know after talking with few support executives. The transfer fee is also high compared to others.

I can recommend 2 Checkout as a third-party service and RegularPay services if you a need direct merchant account. I processed with 2 Checkout for 1 year and consider it as a good choice for small and start up businesses. Now my business has grown and sales volume has increased, and I had a possibility to apply for direct account which gave me lower discount rates and increased my clientage greatly.

I can advise these guys (2 Checkout, RegularPay) as I have no issues for now, payouts are in time and no hidden costs.
