Paying via Credit Card through Paypal

      Hello all.

I am dealing with a few suppliers and some don't use escrow. They have been in business for over 2 years but I am still skeptical. If I were to link my mastercard to my paypal account, and pay them the amount they request, and in case the deal goes awry, supplier turns out to be a scammer, could I call my credit card company and file a chargeback?

How effective / difficult would it be?

Yes you can PayPal simply withdraws the funds from your PayPal registered credit card instead of your PayPal balance.

To file a chargeback, you would simply contact your credit card company in the same way you would when filing a normal chargeback.
