      Both offer similar service except:

      1. PayPal is more popular
      2. Withdrawal of fund to bank account (cash out) PayPal charges are percentage of total amount where as Moneybookers charges a flat fee.

      moneybookers charge higher transaction fee than paypal do. I suggest you use paypal
