The processing part is mostly handled by Mystorerewards but the reward program is funded by the seller.

How can I become a member of Mystorerewards? Also, I was wondering how to attract new buyers with this program? Should I mention it in my listings that if you buy from me, you could become a part of Mystorerewards?

To use Mystorerewards, go to “My eBay” and click on “applications.” There, you’ll find “Mystorerewards.” Click on this tab to sign up with them. As soon as you sign up, you'll be asked to set your cash back offer. You can decide on a cash-back of anything above one percent.

As to your second question, you don’t have to state anything in your listings. When you register with Mystorerewards, a text will automatically be inserted in all your listings; it will state that upon buying from you, the customer will get an invitation to join Mystorerewards.

Do I have to incur Paypal fees for paying cash back to my buyers?

This is one thing I wish we could avoid. You have to pay 2 percent on every cash-back as a Paypal fee.

Are MyStoreCredit and MyStoreRewards the same program?

Can you customize your campaigns on Mystorerewards? Or do you just have to use their standard stuff?

Absolutely! The custom campaign is one of the most important features of Mystorerewards. It allows you to develop a loyalty or reward program in a manner that allows you to benefit the most from it. Instead of having one reward program for all your buyers, you could have different reward programs for different groups of buyers.

For example, if you think that buyers who make purchases of above $500 should get bigger rewards, you could set a system that will have higher rewards for higher purchases. You could also have a different reward plan for buyers who purchase frequently from you. If some buyers have not made any purchase in the last six months, you could have a special campaign to entice them to come back and buy from you.
