Selling home-manufactured products on Amazon
Come the start of the new year I hope to sell some products that I manufacture in my spare time, but, I want to sell them on Amazon as it is a popular platform to get my product in to the public domain.
I have been reading about barcodes and packaging requirements for selling on Amazon etc but if the product I want to sell is manufactured at home what do I do about this?
The products I hope to sell will fall under the Garden & Outdoors section of Amazon.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
Or other selling platforms apart from eBay/Gumtree UK.

And does it have to be a particular size or so long as it meets the criteria of 13digits, white space etc, it can be any size?

That's a good question, yes you can, as long as the number is a new unique key which is not already present in Amazon's barcodes database.
