      Quality Social Network Marketing

Social media and business go hand-in-hand to offer each other opportunities of all kinds, such as web design. If you still donít have a Facebook or Twitter account youíre missing out on the best ways to drum up new business and itís all for free or at last at a fairly cheap price.

Most designers who are actively using social media are still not using it to its fullest potential. With this post, Iíll show you how you can take it to another level to better your overall marketability, regardless of how knowledgeable you are with technology.

      Quality is key

The thing with social media is that thereís a substantial difference between rich connections and poor connections. You should focus more on the quality of your connections than how many followers you have on Twitter or fans on Facebook. Just because you have great numbers doesnít mean youíre doing pretty good with your social media campaign. Rich interaction with your customers and improving their lives is much better for you, your follows, fans, or friends.

      Know your goals

Itís mandatory that you establish a sense of purpose with social media before you assume what you can do with it. This is the biggest step most forget about it. Sure, social media will increase the awareness of your business, but you have to know where youíre going with it or else youíre better off doing nothing.

The usual goals for small business owners is to drum up new business, network with other business owners, bring in more traffic to their companyís site, increasing brand awareness, and interacting with their demographic. Itís feasible to help your business in several ways using social media, but the point is to know what is important to you because it alters the way you use social media.

      Make social media a routine

If you want to make social media a part of your business, youíre going to have to establish blocks of time when youíre using the sites or else everything will become disorganized, and nothing gets done. The point is not to spend hours and hours on each site, but to make the most of it with the time you have. If youíre doing a great job with all of the tips so far you can do so damage with 60 minutes per day, probably half that.

Taking the time to use social media effectively will allow you to become familiar with the sites, making it routine is key, but it also makes sure you donít waste the entire day browsing through stuff you found through social media.

      Use only a few sites

There are thousands of really great sites, and itís right next to near impossible. If you want to use your time wisely with social media, and not let it totally drain you out, stick to using only a couple of sites that youíre going to be using all the time. If youíre a designer youíre going to need a Twitter, Digg, Facebookor YouTube, or maybe something more nicher like Diggnation, Pure Pwnage, Overchan, and whatever else.

When you finally decide to stick with a few sites, always follow your plans. If youíre trying to pull in more traffic or linking them to your affiliates, social media sites wonít even mater and you can just concentrate on the sites that cover internet marketing. If youíre trying to find an awesome gig, think about using LinkedIn or something like that.

So now that youíre aware, the opportunity to choose any site that fits to whatever feels good. Take your time when researching all the audiences that youíre evaluating and see the ones that would give a more premium octane fuel for your purpose.

Once you finally have a few sites in mind (Iíd say about 7 sites), create new profiles, and begin the process.

      How say you?

Are you a member on a couple of sites? If so, how does it help your business and what advice would you give to the readers?

Social networking marketing is nowadays very popular and effective way to get promote. You can easily promote your business or brand very easily and fast. You can do it so because at social networking sites you can directly communicate to your customers means they follow B2B(business to business) and B2C(business to customer) strategy. Like in recent era Facebook is known as B2C and Linkedin is know as B2B sites which are very popular for promotion.
