As a business owner and avid shopper, I find reading testimonials very helpful both ways. I always leave full detailed reviews of any product I buy.

I believe its a very good thing to do!

Well involving customers in a communication channel (irrespective of the channel) is a good thing. Most marketers think that, this is one of the most effective ways to interact with customers and develop a relationship more than just sales!

I would like to quote Starbucks, a perfect example of creating customer value. They have customers all over their management hierarchy, giving themselves a competitive advantage!

I would suggest JUST GO FOR IT!

I have a question. If clients are not satisfied it will give you negative feedback.

      How do you explain this?
