Supplier sent fake garments - What can I do to get my money back?
Hello to all,
I'm new here and will be glad to get your advice. I bought branded garments from someone who presented himself as a wholesaler of original branded garments. After I checked some photos and details he sent to me by mail, I ordered goods worth 2000€. Once my forwarder got the goods at his warehouse, I asked him to take photos and send them to me. When I received the photos I realized it's all fake!
I e-mailed back to the supplier but he claimed it's all original and will not refund my money back.
My company is registered in Germany and the supplier company is registered in UK.
Please advise what can I do to get my money back? Can a lawsuit be the solution?
