How to use Broder Bros/Alpha/NES as dropshipper

Hello. I'm a Canadian resident who's exploring the possibility of entering the "busy" space of online clothing sales. I would do this, in theory, by creating a US LLC in the state of Delaware and a US merchant bank account, EIN, etc, etc., and finding a good, strong wholesaler who would agree to drop-ship.

So I came across the web site for Broder Bros., and also their "sister sites" of NES and Alpha Shirt Company. I tried to get a login/register at their site but no-go. It kept telling me to find a distributor in the Yellow Pages.

And yet, it would appear that sites like jiffyshirts.com have Broder/NES/Alpha clothing products on its site -- the images and products are identical -- even though jiffyshirts.com is just an e-commerce site/reseller.

I guess my question is: How would jiffyshirts.com, which appears to have been registered in Canada (and other sites like it) have been able to "get in" to be able to use Broder/NES/Alpha as a dropshipper? What path would they have gone, as a Canadian entity looking to sell to a largely American market? Clearly they'd have had to register with Broder/NES/Alpha as a reseller, no? The question is HOW?
