New starter in East London selling online in Poland

      Hello ,

My name is Violetta. I came to UK from Poland 3 years ago and after being hit by recession and first time being unemployed for over few months (after loosing a job in the bank) I have decided to take my life into my own hands and I have left behind me a cosy idea of having a job 9am-5pm.

I'm a new starter in the business field with ability to work 24/7 to get where I want to be. I'm based in East London and for the time being registered as a sole trader. My nearest and current plans and activities include
      - Sale of women's clothes (high street fashion) to polish customers using an on line based company to minimise starting cost
      - Searching for suppliers who will allow me to buy in small quantities and at as low prices as possible but without compromising much on quality
      - Working on the best marketing strategy
      - Researching market for on line buyers in Poland
      - Writing a business plan so I can more clearly see where and how I can make it work

At the moment most of my time is taken by looking for right clothes suppliers at a right price so far it prove to be quite difficult as my buying power is small I like to see and touch before I buy and I pretty much know what direction in fashion or design I'm looking for so if out there is anyone willing to help me put me on the right tracks I would truly appreciate. To help with pointing me in the right direction I would describe a range of clothes I'm looking for:

      - Females age 16-35
      - Clothes which stand out from a crowd but at the same time are a bit classic
      - Evening and cocktail dresses, party clothing
      - Casual but with twist
      - If I could use some brand names I would say that clothes selling in New Look , Sell Fridges, Next but at the same time in Primark are sort I'm after

      Best Regards,

ps. all the best and good luck to all new starters

      Hi LondonEye,

      Welcome to Wholesale Forum

To find out which items are currently selling best and how you should sell those, you should try using Terapeak. It's a great market research tool which provides you with all the information you need to know.

And if you want to save some money on advertising, then spend some time brushing up on the articles posted in our Marketing, Advertising, SEO & SEM Discussion forum. You’ll learn plenty when it comes to cheap marketing, and you’ll have the chance to actually engage with your ideal demographic on a personal level using Google+, Facebook, Twitter, etc.

Now if you need to get a better grasp on the subject of business plans in general (purpose, outline, appropriate length, etc.), then browse through these threads:

      - https://www.wholesaleforum.com/discu...-economy-3794/
      - https://www.wholesaleforum.com/discu...ness-plan-216/

A few suppliers who sell in small quantities of the items you're looking for cheap & high quality women's apparel include:

      - Wholesale Clothing UK Suppliers-Manufacturers-Distributors-Buy Clothing
      - RMH Distribution LLP - The UK's leading Urban Fashion Distributor
      - Blu Stocking Ltd wholesale distributor of young female fashions

And if you need more variety from verified UK, and EU, suppliers of women’s fashion, then we recommend using eSources and Wholesale Deals. They are the largest trade directories of verified wholesale suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, and drop shippers on the web.

Have a look at some of the results for women's fashion suppliers:

      eSources - UK Suppliers
      - UK Women’s Apparel and Clothing Wholesale Suppliers

      eSources - EU Suppliers
      - EU Women’s Apparel and Clothing Wholesale Suppliers

      Hope this helps
