Newbie to Import Business - Looking to Import Goods from China to USA - Needs Advice

Hi all,

I will start my import business this year and I found some great Chinese suppliers and would like to import some kitchenware items to sell in the US.

I had questions about price I offer to wholesalers or chain store buyers like target and bed, bath & beyond. How much should I offer to these parties if I want to sell it in retail as US$ 9.99?
