      DHL Made Changes?

I'm hearing from a few people that DHL will no longer send on anything at all without duty being paid. It used to be if it was a small enough amount that you would be billed for it later, but not now.

Can anyone confirm this? When did the changes happen?

      Hi Exillim,

And sorry for the late response. DHL does not include Vat or Duty rate in their tariffs. It's difficult to know what the Duty payment will be as DHL ships to over 228 countries, each with different Duty and VAT regulations. Also on their website It is stated that “if you are receiving a shipment you need to know that there could be duties on top that may be billed after the shipment has been delivered” . I don’t think any changes where made.

      Hope this answers your question
