Online Seller Needs Advice on Reselling WWE Merchandise / Products on Auction Sites

I am a little confused, do you need a license direct from WWE to sell their products on auction sites such as Amazon and eBay, if you buy directly from them at the WWE shop?

I have seen a lot of WWE items on these sites and wonder if there is any law saying that this isn't allowed. My understanding is that if you buy direct then it is ok as they would know that the items are counterfeit.

      Any advice would be appreciated.

It could be very risky selling WWE goods without a licence from them. Just because others are doing so does not mean they will not get caught.

Also, It is worth noting that WWE sell direct to consumers in all countries and they have a quite remarkable freight inclusive deal that even includes duty and VAT charges.

If you are looking for products to sell, you need to look for something that everyone else is not selling. Then if you buy direct from the factory, which you can do in small quantities, you can make good profits.

You may sell a smaller volume, but you will usually make more profit for less work.
