I have a dropship account with ATS I want to put products into my ebay shop

Hi good people, Recently I have started selling items of my own on Ebay to test the water, I have sold quite a few of them sucessfully,so then I opened a basic Ebay store and have put some items on that.I also have a dropshipping account with ATS distribution and wish to choose some products from that and put them into my Ebay shop. Being a bit of a novice when it comes to teccy stuff, can anyone enlighten me on how you go about doing that

      Thankyou.

      Hi Matthew,

It seems that if you have a drop shipping account with ATS its as easy as listing the items you want to sell on eBay. When you sell an item you can place an order with ATS, fill in your customers name and address and ATS will take care of the rest.

Before listing any item on eBay we would recommend contacting ATS and see if there is anything you should take care of before listing your first Item.

When sales pick up it can be kind of a hassle staying behind all the orders you need to place with ATS, so it might be a good idea looking at order fulfilment software. This software makes it possible to manage all of your orders in one place. Have a look at CWCollaborate

      Good luck

Hi, Thanks for your reply and advice, I can advertise as many items from ATS as I wish on my Ebay store, but I dont know how to get them from the ATS site and put the pictures of the item's into my Ebay store, is it a simple task of copying and pasting from one site to the other or is it more involved than that ? this is where I am stuck.

      Thanks

      Hi Matt,

We are not aware of ATS offering an xml feed, but we are not 100% sure. They may be able to advise you better once you contact them directly.

A feed is nothing more than parsing of database data, which is then structured in xml format. While you can normally create a feed only if you have direct access or API access to a database, you may be able to parse the ATS website or one of the ATS clients websites using what is known as CURL. This should allow you to retrieve the information you require, and then manipulate it as you require. You can safely hire the services of programmers who can create a CURL program through sites like Elance.com.
