Stating in ebay listing "Shipped Direct?"

This might be a dumb question, but what effect would stating in your ebay listing that the item is shipped direct have? If you do that, I suppose it should have someone it is shipped direct from. Who would that be? I know you wouldn't want to say it's shipped from a dropshipper.

Like I said, it's probably a dumb question, but I like to explore everything before jumping in. I suppose if that was a good idea, more people would be doing it.

What would be the alternative to shipping directly though? You could argue that imported products may be loaded onto different flights before they reach your customer. Or that some resellers buy from wholesalers after having received orders. However that is probably not a good enough argument to state that a drop ship product is shipped directly.

What might work better is to say: "Shipped directly from our US warehouse". Or, if you are targeting a specific State and your drop shipper is based in that State, you could say "Shipped directly from our DropshipperState warehouse".

If you have a reliable dropshipper, why would you need to put anything in your listing? Your customers only care about getting their items quickly. They don't care where they're shipped from. I don't understand how adding anything about where they are shipped from would be beneficial.
