Ordering from Dropshipping websites - Who pays the shipping charges for returning faulty items?

Does anyone know, typically if you are ordering from a dropshipping website, and if the customer needs to return the item, then who pays for the shipping?

Normally when you buy the goods, you pay the drop shipper for shipping. If you then return the goods, the drop shipper normally bears the cost of the return shippment IF the products have a problem. However terms vary across drop shippers.

Drop shipping transactions are business to business transactions, subject to the agreement you have signed with the drop shipper. Whether a drop shipper pays for return shipping for faulty items is normally an indication of the quality of the drop shipper's products.

Depends on the drop shipping site's return policy, also you need to consider PP / Ebay policy.

You should transact with your end clients only once these issues are clarified, otherwise you risk ending with some very unhappy results.
