Good consumer electronics or gadgets dropshippers in UK
Hi,
I have been searching for a decent, reliable, trustworthy and cheap electrical supplier that provide a dropship/distribution service. I am new to the game and know that people are not going to give me all their sources, and I completely understand that!
All I am asking for is for anyone to point me in the right direction of ONE source, you can PM me also if you don't want the post to be viewed by anyone else. All PMs are treated confidentially.
At the moment I need a service that doesn't cost to join as my funds are VERY low, hence why I haven't bought wholesale yet. I'm going to be paying the 75 membership on esources, but until I can generate some revenue I'm in need of a supplier that doesn't have high prices... and all I can find seem to be scams, sky high prices or bad service reviews.
ANY help or advice that any of you forum members can give me will be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!!Over 150,000 Verified Sources + Deals 95% Off MSRP + Free Website!

Thanks for the welcome! I'm a bit unsure whether I want branded or unbranded items... Which is the best route to take in your opinion? Is there a supplier that sells both branded and unbranded that I could compare? or is there more of a benefit to one than the other?
I've opened an ebay store for now and will be developing my own website/store when I get a bit of cash together, so I suppose I'd need the one that you think would sell better on ebay, if that's cool. If you don't want to publicly reveal your sources you're more than welcome to PM me the supplier name/link, I'll keep it private.
Thanks again!!

Ok first of all you need to profile yourself.
1. You have a limited budget
2. At the moment you can only sell on eBay, and later through your website
3. You want to turn in a profit
It's very important you understand your situation first, and then devise a strategy that matches your situation. It would be a mistake to start from the strategy, and then try to match it to your circumstances. Hope you agree.
1. Since you have a limited budget, you will not be able to compete on price. Money talks, and if you don't have the funds to buy in bulk, your opportunities to compete on price are limited. Further, you will not be able to trade with some of the best sources that only deal with registered businesses that have a physical store and/or an established high traffic website. Therefore, you either:
i. Opt for overstocks and refurbished goods (the advantage of this approach is that stocks vary regularly, and if you are good at identifying opportunities and have access to resources that can help you recondition any damaged items you can easily turn a profit using this sourcing strategy)
ii. Opt for unbranded goods, ensuring that your sales copy highlights all the benefits of buying unbranded vs the more expensive branded alternative.
iii. Consider a different market altogether. Remember that you are in business to make a profit, and not to sell electronics.
2. Competition on eBay is very high. You will have to learn all the ins and outs of successful eBay selling, especially if you cannot be competitive on price.
Ultimately, you want to create your own web properties to attract traffic to your ecommerce websites. This includes, for example, a blog with regular posts discussing topics related to your market segment. This is one of the reasons niches can be very profitable; search engine competition for a niche segment is limited, allowing you to create niche related content that will quickly rank high in search engines for your target keywords, directing traffic to your sales pages.
3. You want to turn in a profit, therefore that should be your primary objective. Write up a plan of action based on your budget, and revise your plan once you start turning in a profit. Reinvest your profits to grow your business and generate more leverage. Find ways to retain customer information, rather than depend on a third party for sales, and profile your customers to generate repeat sales after the first sale.
We understand you are looking for just one source, however that choice depends on the route you are willing to follow, the time you are willing to invest into your business, your ability to sell, your propensity to risk, your personal interests, and so on. That one source you are looking for doesn't exist, it's only a trick your mind plays on you as a shortcut to taking action and structuring a proper business.WholesaleForum

I completely agree with PnHstores, but the advice given by wholesale forum is to the point and very precise, Thank You Wholesale Forum, I was on the verge of giving it all up as finding a suitable supplier according to PnHstore's criteria is important, I run in the opposite direction when any one replies "You must sell quality over price".

Look for suppliers that impose a retail price floor to their resellers, that way as a drop shippee you are covered. Plus, many of the brands imposing such conditions offer drop shipping, especially if they are looking to gain market share quickly.
