      Explaining to customers

What do you think would be the most effective way to explain to a new customer how drop shipping works. The biggest drawback I've encountered so far in luring in new customers, is the fact that they have to buy the product sight unseen. I can show them a sample product, but if it's not the product they're buying, then it means nothing to them. How does one effectively pacify a worrisome customer like this without giving out freebies?

Are you selling online or offline?

Online the best way by far is to display close up pictures of the product, and sell it through reputable sites like eBay, or your own website if it is well designed and has some reputation.

Offline, as you said, the best way is to show a sample, or detailed product pictures on a professionally looking catalog or brochure.
