      Using Chinese or EU drop shipper for e-cigarettes - Clearing up communication issues with Chinese suppliers

      It seems I have a problem. This is about e-cigs drop shipping and I hope someone can enlighten me a bit, because I'm not getting that much feedback from China...

      I have gotten e-cigs drop shipped from Heaven Gifts without any problems for a few months. Very nice and reliable, always ready to help, just a bit distracted at times. But I'm OK with that. After some time, they set me back to the basic account (not Reseller) because I had not been able to meet their demand of making $1000 dollars in bulk prices monthly which, if you ask me, is basically impossible when drop shipping e-cigs. But I'm OK with it, it's in the past.

      So, someone recommended Eastmall. Some of their products have great ratings and they have a few good products too. The site is easy to work with. However, it seems like they haven't got a clue as to how drop shipping should work! I got pictures without their logo (because I asked), if I visit their site I have a very nice margin, but there are a few problems. Namely, there's a minimum amount for orders, which is $53 including postage ($17 by EMS, a flat rate). I finally decided I was OK with it, but no one will tell me something as simple as if the minimum amount is actually related to the visible prices or the bulk prices. If it's the visible prices, it's doable. If however, it's the bulk prices it's utter nonsense. Their answers are short and vague and there's no way I can restart after all the work I had in redoing my site with their products. I'm very clear in the things I say. They're very vague. And I'm paralyzed on account of that.

      In the meantime, there's an important British / American e-cigs supplier who will accept drop shipping for me (with a tweak, using Royal Mail instead of DHL) at their top wholesale prices. All I have to do is tell them I'm interested, take a look at the prices and say whether I'm OK with them or not. Another large British vendor would most probably do the same for me, but they could be more expensive (British prices aren't Chinese prices at all).

      So, this is where I stand. I'm confused about Eastmall. It's like:

      a) they don't care;

      b) they don't know what to do.

      So, taking all this into account (it's just a summary) how much is Eastmall to be trusted when it comes to their drop shipping service? Should I go on being patient for a while or should I tell them I'm not interested anymore? What would you do?

      Thanks in advance
