I am not sure I can help with providing details of a trusted agent, but I would be very careful with this type of product.
You will find that any product that involves children will normally have some pretty strict guidelines in terms of product quality and I know that the safety standards are scrutinised thoroughly for the UK.
Make sure anyone you use has had the necessary testing completed and don't take their word for it, get copies of the testing reports which can then be confirmed with the company that completed the testing.Want To Be An eBay Powerseller? This is the Service You Need.

30 Jan 2013 08:21 PM #3I can help
Hi Durie,
I can help you locate suppliers of baby strollers and prams and show you how to be sure that they meet EU safety child safety regulations.
I don't often supply this information to people who have not purchased my book, (where it is all dealt with), but you are in difficult territory and I would not like to see you get into trouble.
Send me a PM and I will send you the information you need.
Meanwhile, do not rush into anything. Dipper has given sound advice about the need to confirm that any testing certificate is genuine. That applies to tests, certifications, licensees etc., for any product. Even if they are on what appears to be an appropriate letterhead, never take them on face value. To learn safe overseas sourcing and how to buy small (or large) quantities at best prices see→ http://provenchinasourcing.comLearn to find genuine manufacturers and negotiate small orders at prices way below what wholesalers charge. I suggest you search "sourcing agent in china" on Google, and compare the companies you find. For your products, I'd suggest you look for a company with a strong technical background, as discussed above, there are a lot of regulations for this type of products.

sourcing suppliers for prams and strollers
Hi there I am also looking for the same information. We already do some baby products but are now looking to go into prams and strollers but have no idea where to start in finding reliable, trustworthy suppliers as I have been caught out by scammers and don't want that to happen again plus like others have said I need something that is of good quality and meets standards. Can anyone help me?

07 Mar 2013 10:57 PM #6This is an all too familiar story. You can confidently locate reliable suppliers on one of the handful of sites that are safe. You can also learn how to negotiate small orders at ex-factory prices even though the manufacturer may quote a big M.O.Q. The importing side of things is ridiculously easy.
