To benefit from a similar structure, you should approach manufacturers of custom tailored suits and ask them if they are willing to drop ship for you. You should calculate the difference in cost for these suits between sourcing them from overseas, eg from Pakistan or India, versus sourcing them locally to you, ie from UK manufacturers.
