You can wholesale alcohol? - Wholesaling Spirits

Can you actually wholesale alcohol products? How do you manage that with all the many laws regarding the shipping and sale of alcohol between different countries and in the US states?

There is an extensive list of regulations by state at: List of alcohol laws of the United States by state - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

You will need to make sure that the stock you are selling complies with the alcohol regulations of the destination state. In some cases it will mean that you are better off sourcing from the state for which the alcoholic goods are destined. The alternative is to ask the brewer to produce alcoholic beverages that comply with your customer's requirements.

Just as the Administrator said, make sure that the alcohol you source is genuine and correct for the destination. For example Most liquor in Europe comes in two sizes 70cl and 100cl, whereas most Liquor in the USA is either 75cl or 100cl. therefore one cannot sell 75cl in Europe.

There are also, sizes such as 98cl etc which are also problematic to sell everywhere.....

      Good luck,
