Linnworks sounds like quite the service! I am considering integrating it into my order fulfillment center in order to have a backup eBay/amazon tool that I don't have to worry about.
I really hope this system is maintenance free.

Linnworks
The only drawbacks I can see are that it is fairly expensive and is software-based i.e. has to be running on your PC unless you go for Linnworks Anywhere that holds it all on a server. There are other options out there such as Auctionblox, Holbi, Magnalister, I'm not sure if they work with your cart though.

It works really well once you set it up very well:
1. You will have all your orders in one screen.
2. You can filter which orders are paid for and that which are awaiting payment so that when you are doing despatches you don't send to people who haven't yet paid
3. You can do returns for your items in Linnworks and it will automatically update all the channels
4. Refunds are also handled well.
3. It connects and manages your various stocks on all channels (ebay, amazon, play, magento, pixmania) amongst others
4. But I must add that if you have unique SKU's for your items it helps a lot.
