I have finally found a really good supplier, they seem legit to me, but I want to be 100% safe. Any advice?

A contract doesn't guarantee you're 100% protected. It's just an agreement about how business will be conducted. For example, you order a sizable amount and they can't fulfill it, they must refund you or back order the rest of the merchandise.

You must still perform all the necessary supplier checks with the authorities. Are they a registered business? How long have they been in business? Do they have industry references?

If you are being scammed, a contract is not worth the paper it is written on. Always keep an eye out.

There is no such thing as 100% safe. A contract cannot keep you from being scammed, it only gives you legal recourse if you are. The only thing you can do is what everyone else does, thorough checks of any supplier before you commit to them.

Yes, don't expect any business dealings to be 100%safe. Anticipate what could go wrong and put safeguards in place to deal with those potential problems before they arise. That's about the best anybody can do.
