TopWholesaleShop.com Review of the Biggest Dropshipping Scam Around
Great forum guys! I hope I can report a sham and fake dropshipping website as a newbie. I was recently suckered by topwholesaleshop.com which I only recently found out is a scammer operating from my country.
I would just like to say that whatever you do, you must avoid these clowns at all cost. They go as far as claiming that they are authorised Apple distributors just to get £10 from you, they claim to sell branded items but all they are is a middle man to China fake agents, 80% of their shipments get lost in the post, they don't issue refunds for lost merchandise, and all they do is sell fake replicas which can be found much cheaper on sites like dhgate.com. I was scammed by them because I visited a forum which I later found out they own, so you will read good reviews posted by them, they are just a scam, save your money and don't be fooled by their claims.
Topwholesaleshop.com you are the biggest Internet scam ever!

We have also had many problems with topwholesaleshop trying to spam the forum, it's run by a fraudster known as James Marnley who seems to have created a series of bogus and duplicate drop shipping sites and forums under the following urls:
topwholesaleshop.com
select-wholesale.com
n1best.com
top1wholesaler.com
justthestore.com
thebusinessforums.co.uk
scamforums.co.uk
insidewholesale.co.uk
wholesaledropshippingforums.co.uk
n1-dropshipper.com
wholesalextra.com
easydropshop.com
Our advice is not to deal with them, all the products shown on their websites have never been in stock, and are only shown to steal money from unsuspecting visitors. They claim to supply branded products, when in fact they only sell replicas from China, they don't hold any stock, and you can buy cheaper by going directly to the Chinese drop shippers.
Topwholesaleshop is also without a doubt a middle man, they don't have any control over the stock they advertise, and the overall feedback suggests that they don't offer any support when issues arise (according to online complaints, many buyers placed orders in the hundreds of US$ and GB£, waited months, and never received any stock plus were constantly lied to by topwholesaleshop about refunds that in the end were never issued). Topwholesaleshop also asks to pay a joining fee, which is absolutely and categorically a no no when thinking of using a drop shipper (never pay a drop shipper to see his prices or to drop ship for you, REAL drop shippers don't ask for joining fees).
According to many reports, they hide prices because after you have paid you are shown prices which are higher than can be found through online retailers. They also don't stock, they are just getting fakes from China and sending out illegal replicas. Plus we've heard their out of the box websites are prehistoric...
The other problem with this site is that they claim to be authorized distributors of Apple and other branded products, and also to be verified by eBay. That's a falsity and enough to mark this drop shipper as a scam and to avoid at all costs until they sort out their problems (which may be never).

apparently topwholesaleshop buys from Chinavasion.com and DHGate.com. Both these sites already dropship. Topwholesaleshop is basically charging to dropship products that are already dropshipped for free, adding a mark up, as well as charging to dropship. So even if topwholesaleshop.com was legitimate you are really paying them to do something which you can do yourself for free and with full control.

surprise surprise
You may find a number of fake forums praising their service. Surprise surprise, they own those forums (scamforums.co.uk which you can see advertised in Google, thebusinessforums.co.uk also advertised in Google, wholesaledropshippingforums.co.uk, wholesale-forums.com, thewholesaleforumsblog.com, etc) have all been set up to extend the topwholesaleshop scam. Don't cry once they rip you off. They know their scam business, and they will persuade you as follows:
1. They will show you fake PayPal sales screenshots (report this to PayPal if you have been scammed by topwholesaleshop)
2. They will tell you they are Apple, Sony etc accredited (contact Apple and Sony to verify this, and surprise surprise they will tell you they have never heard of topwholesaleshop)
3. They will tell you they are eBay approved (contact eBay to verify this, and surprise surprise they will tell you they have no clue who topwholesaleshop.com are)
4. They will show you lots of juicy sample prices, then you pay and, surprise surprise, prices are much higher, and I mean higher than you can find on retail sites!
5. They will tell you they have been persecuted by this or that company and, surprise surprise, it is actually the poor people who paid money to topwholesaleshop that are complaining
6. They will show you fake reviews on their forums about "existing" customers and, surprise surprise, they have created those reviews.
Now fool yourself and pay for topwholesaleshop

I don't like to say things like this, but if you don't deal with any drop shipping companies that are in any way, shape or form affiliated with China, the odds of you getting scammed go way down. There are companies in certain provinces in China that are reputable, but until you get some time under your belt in this business, you're better off avoiding that country altogether. When you start getting more contacts and more business savvy, then you will be more able to tell who's who and what's what a lot better.

Wise words. Start locally, start small, inspect samples, increase quantities gradually, and then you can make China sourcing work for you.
There are a number of Chinese drop shippers which are dependable, like ChinaVasion.com, FocalPrice.com and others.
DHGate is flooded with fakes, but can be a good route to market when choosing unbranded products.

I just found proof that TopWholesaleShop is definitely a scam, and that all the statements they make are fake. Do not believe a word they say, it's 100% a scam and you will lose your money for nothing. Let's start:
1. The following image shows TopWholesaleShop claiming that one of their sites is making £3,000/month. Of course we already know it is a load of tosh, but how can we prove it? First of all, here is the page on their site that makes the statement (in case they remove it...), originally taken from http://www.topwholesaleshop.com/index.php?p=product&id=6540&parent=225:

2. As you can see from the image above, they claim that BuyTradeUK is one of their customers (the "Sample" Website they have given on the page above). By checking the whois for the domain name buy-tradeuk.com all seems to add up, until I researched buytradeuk through Google and found out they left a trail behind their scam. There is another domain called wholesaleonline.eu which shows the buytradeuk website. Again in case they change the content, I have taken a screenshot of the wholesaleonline.eu website and posted it below:

3. And who owns wholesaleonline.eu? The infamous James Marnley, yes him, the owner of topwholesaleshop. Again a screenshot of the eurid.eu whois information attached, in case they change it:

Therefore, next time they try to dupe you with their excuses, tell them to take a hike. ALL prices, ALL testimonials, ALL statements found on topwholesaleshop are FAKE. Look after your money, don't spend it on thin air.
Report this scam to Trading Standards, HMRC, the police, and never feel you have to pay them money, even if they say you have to. Just say no, they will not chase you, they would dread a criminal investigation, and we will all be doing our social dues by reporting them.

Glad to see the skeletons coming off the topwholesaleshop cupboard. Many of the vigilant trade directories caught up with this over-speeding, over-smart con jockey, James Marnley, and have banned him and his businesses from their directories. So, our Jimmy is fast running out of space with all his fake claims and taking folks for a ride. But he is not ready to give up as yet and you can still see him posting fake reviews of great directories, running them down for exposing him.
It is not too difficult to recognize his fake posts anymore. Just watch out for his tricks and claims, he will say he is being persecuted, he will blame his incompetence on others, and he will say he is the victim of a conspiracy. The only victims are the poor buddies that ended up in his net. Avoid the lies, and send him for a hike.
