Yes, absolutely! Mystorerewards is an online company that enables you to offer reward/loyalty programs to your buyers with the least amount of hassle. It's been operating for more than six years. It's a certified eBay solution provider. It received the "Most Innovative Product of the Year” award by PayPal in 2006.

A lot of eBay sellers are using this program to increase their repeat business. Once you become a member of this website, whenever a buyer purchases from you, he or she will receive an email from Mystorerewards as soon as the sale is completed. This e-mail is actually an invitation to join the Mystorerewards loyalty program. If the buyer acknowledges that he would like to sign up for this program, he gets entitled to a cash back offer on all his purchases including the one that he has made recently.

The e-mail address of the buyer is automatically added to your opt-in mail list. The company then sends marketing e-mails to the buyer periodically in order to increase your repeat sales.

Hi - I really like mystorerewards as a buyer reward program. What I like most about it is that it’s very flexible. You’re allowed to decide the cash back you would like to offer your buyers, you could decide the frequency of the marketing e-mails going to your customers, or you could even develop your own marketing/reward campaigns.

Moreover, it does all the hard work that is required for running reward programs. The company maintains the data of buyers, processes the cash backs, and sends marketing e-mails.

But, I’m wondering how the cash back would be processed? How will I pay cash back to my buyers - through checks?

No, the cash backs are not paid through checks but through your Paypal account. And this means, it is mandatory for a buyer to have a Paypal account in order to get cash backs.

So, you're saying that only my buyers who pay for products through Paypal can enroll in this reward program?

No. This means that if a buyer does not have a Paypal account, he should open one to enroll in this loyalty program. It doesn't matter how the buyer has paid for the merchandise; he can get the loyalty reward only if he has an account with Paypal.

If you’re a buyer, you don’t have to pay anything to receive the benefits of loyalty programs by Mystorerewards. But for sellers, there’s a monthly fee.

Besides the monthly fee, sellers also have to pay a flat fee of 10 cents on every cash back and 1 cent on every marketing e-mail.
