There are many reliable sources that can supply cheap electronics, however there are a few questions you need to ask yourself before entering the consumer electronics market:

1. What is your budget? You will be competing against very large buyers, and in many circumstances you may be competing against sellers of refurbished goods or as new (on eBay unfortunately there are also sellers of stolen goods; eBay actively monitors sales, yet there is little they can do to stop all sellers of stolen merchandise).
